Build Quality and Longevity

The plastic chassis feels solid for the price. Pressing down on the center of the platform produces no concerning flex. After six weeks of daily use, the fans continue to spin quietly without increased noise or bearing wobble.

One consistent annoyance: the USB cable connecting the pad to your laptop is short, around 45cm. If your USB port is on the right side and the cooler sits slightly to the left, the cable runs at an awkward angle. Zebronics could have included an extra 20cm of cable length for minimal additional cost.

There is no cable management channel. The USB cable hangs off the front edge. Not a dealbreaker at this price, but worth knowing before you set up your desk.
