I want to be careful with that framing - "actually works" is doing a lot of heavy lifting. There are arms at ₹800–1,200 on Amazon India that technically mount a monitor, but they use friction hinges or flimsy spring mechanisms that drift over weeks. The F80 uses a genuine gas spring cylinder, which means the arm floats your monitor in place with consistent counterforce rather than relying on tightened joints you have to re-torque every month.
