Performance

The dials are the headline and they deliver. The resolution is fine enough that scrubbing through a 4K timeline frame-by-frame with one dial while adjusting audio on another feels natural within a few sessions of muscle memory. Touch button responsiveness is quick - I have not encountered a missed press in months of use.

The touch strip on the left is less useful in practice. I use it occasionally for timeline zoom in Premiere, but it never felt essential. It is there, it works, it just does not earn the space the way the dials do.

Loupedeck's configuration software is powerful but has a learning curve. The first setup session - mapping your most-used Premiere Pro actions to specific dials and buttons - takes an hour.
