This is Intel's H610 chipset, the entry tier for LGA1700 covering 12th, 13th, and 14th gen desktop CPUs ("Alder Lake" through "Raptor Lake Refresh"). DDR5 memory, mATX form factor, no CPU overclocking, and minimal I/O.
The "M.2" in the name is worth calling out specifically. Some rock-bottom H610 boards skip the M.2 NVMe slot entirely and force you onto SATA for your boot drive, which is a real limitation for a modern build.
