A Z790 Board With a Different Job
Most Z790 boards are built around gaming: VRM headroom, RGB, PCIe lane counts for GPUs. The LiveMixer takes the same Z790 platform and points it at a different problem: how do you run a mic, a capture card, a webcam, an audio interface, and a controller off one board without USB power issues or signal noise bleeding into your stream audio.
ASRock's answer is Ultra USB Power, a dedicated IC that converts 12V to 5V and keeps that circuit electrically separate from other 5V rails on the board, including ARGB lighting. In practice that means your USB microphone or audio interface doesn't pick up noise from your RGB fans, and USB devices that are picky about power delivery (some capture cards fall into this category) get a cleaner, more stable feed.
