Practically, that matters most if your setup doesn't have ethernet at the desk and you're on a modern WiFi 6 router, or if you live somewhere with a lot of neighboring networks crowding the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. WiFi 6's better channel handling shows up there in ways WiFi 5 can't match.
